Poor Service & Communication

Extremely bad service. I ordered a coffee table for R4999. They charged a delivery fee of R750, and I thought I should just go and collect. After a very long time they called me to say that it is ready for collection, when I went there they already sold it to someone. They mentioned that they don't keep stock in the warehouse/Krugers. They said they will order again, 2 weeks later no phone call, no nothing!! There is no communication at all. They are very good at frustrating customers. They are clearly doing this on purpose since I did not opt for their R750 delivery fee. I will never buy from Essops again.
