Poor service

Essops hillfox is full of tricks i requested my refund two weeks ago.the lady by the name of Ayeesha gives me the run around by not giving me the head office number so I can follow up on my money. As a client I deserve to be updated at least as to how far they are with my money. I honestly cannot believe that I can only liase with their accounts dept only via emails and that they don't have a phone. Lies!! Right now essops hillfox the number just rings ***. When I spoke to Ayeesha last week she told me she spoke to her regional WHy can the head office contact me at least to confirm receipt of my email.
