Poor quality furniture and service

I had 2 issues , I purchased 2 chairs and 1st issue is I tried assembling them at home but the chair legs wiggle no matter how tight the *****s were. 2nd issue was that the colour that was delivered did not match the one I saw in the store. I contacted them via their customer care service. No one attended to me till this day. I went back to my ticket only to find out that the status says closed.
