Plasma stand not delivered

I bought a stand on 04/04/2015 at Randshow. I had to phone Essop almost everyday to find out what is happening with the Plasma stand and coffee table that I have bought. I only recieved the goods on 12/05/2015. Which a month after the order. I was promised that it will take 2 weeks for delivery. When I finally got the goods, the plasma stand had a defect and I was promised that a new one will be delivered. to date I still do not have the plasma stand. The lady at Essops says the plasma stand according to her has been dispatched, but I don't have the goods.
