Pathetic service from Essops Roodepoort branch

Terrible customer service Essops delivered the incorrect couch and when I phoned that manager at the Roodepoort branch to inform him of this terrible service, well... to date nothing has been done!!!!!!!

Pathetic complaints department at head office aswell!!!! To date nothing has been done! Not even a courtesy call, just pathetic!!!!
