Pathetic Service "DELIVERY"

I paid for a dining table, chairs and a server on the 21/07 from the Stoneridge branch. At the time I asked for delivery 07/08, as I was moving into my new house. They informed me that it’s not an issue, but I must just allow them a minimum of 3 days notice for delivery. Thus on the 04/08 I called the store and spoke to Luke (the man epitomizes poor service delivery at Essops). I informed him of the delivery, who said yes no problem. Come the 07/08, I called to confirm of the delivery, he then tells me sorry they can’t today (before not remembering he spoke to me and calling me by the wrong name twice in the conversation), but it will be done on the 09/08 (in the meantime this useless guy didn't inform his delivery company). Guess what, the morning of the 09/08, I called and Luke who informs me that so sorry, they will deliver only the next Monday (13/08). So then I got in touch with Kim from the warehouse, who then informs me that there is no delivery planned, she can see my order but there has been no request for delivery. Obviously Luke is *********** and should not be in the position. Kim then organises and delivers my table, the server and "loan chairs". She was helpful and at least tried to assist, who kind off understood our position. So they deliver on the 10/08. Then they arrive on Monday 13/08, with my chairs, with which 2 chairs had stains on them. So understandably I showed the delivery guy who agreed, they are stained, so he took them back along with all the loan chairs. Since, we have had poor service, no correspondence and just blatant don’t care attitude with assisting us in getting our 2 outstanding chairs. Finally we get an answer saying the chairs will be available in October at the soonest. So we then decided to get a refund, we get the forms, complete it and submit. To date, we have no refund (and it seems like we will not get it at all let alone any time soon) and no 2 outstanding chairs. First and last time, I will ever purchase anything from Essops and will continue to advocate to my friends and family to not buy. This has been the most painful few weeks dealing with any supplier that we have encountered in the past. To those reading this, I implore with you, don’t be fooled by the facade of Essops, when it comes to service delivery they are by far the worst I have experienced.
