Paid for furniture but no delivery, no communication

I bought furniture for R30 000 online and paid immediately on the 26th of November but to date I have not had any communication regarding delivery of my items. Their emails and phones go unanswered and after seeing all the negative reviews about this business here, I'm really worried. Painful thing is that the business is still advertising online and I'm sure people are still spending their hard earned cash hoping to beautify their homes for the festive season not knowing that all they will be met with after parting with their cash is a deafening silence. How can you be running a business this way, I'm sure it is not legal to take money and not deliver. Expect to hear from my attorney, that should really keep you busy.
