Nonsense with my order

I have been a very loyal customer at essops for the past years but what I have experienced now it just not acceptable. I place an order on the 29th and everything went well but last week seeing that no one is contacting me I called and have been in contact with a lady called Kim on Whatsapp. She has been no use only today my order was delivered in the JHB south store and when I got there, no customer care provided and waited 30mins after a 30 min drive to the store, 13min while someone was assembling, they realize that the *****s are wrong. I have not been ****ed like this in ages, no one cares at all, I have Whatsapp conversation and I just need my order delivered to my house tomorrow before mid-day. Is that too much to ask after paying so much? this is nonsense and I'm definitely not coming back and will tell others with all this bull****.
