No delivery

Purchased a headboard online. It’s 2 weeks, still not delivered. Received a mail stating that it was delivered, when it wasn’t. Called them a week ago, was advised that it will be delivered by end of the week, a week later, still not delivered. Called them again, they say they will get back to me, still no feedback. First and last time purchasing from here
