NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM ESSOPS - WORST STORE EVER!!!!!

If it was possible to give a negative score, this is truly a store that I would give it to. Worst customer service EVER!!! I ordered an office desk online 17 days ago. The website states delivery in "7 - 10 days." This is an utter lie. After waiting 7 days without a single update from anyone at the store, I called, emailed, used the watsap line and even the live chat - The entire team is completely useless and ***********. Kim is the worst sales person I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with and should consider changing careers. She is rude and unhelpful and completely ignores calls, emails, watsap business messages, she even just shuts down the live chat while you are still waiting for feedback. No one contacts you - and if you are lucky enough to even get through to the contact number listed ( for some reason it just replays the greeting message no matter how many times you pick an option - CAN THIS BUSINESS GET ANYTHING RIGHT???), you are just told that someone will call you back - which - SHOCKER - never happens!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had never used this despicable store - and considering that: 1. They are not cheap 2. You pay R750 for delivery - no one is doing you any favours here or offering a free service, you would think that they would offer better service. To anyone reading this - PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THIS STORE - SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!
