NEVER EVER BUY FROM ESSOPS GATEWAY - HORRIBLE SERVICE

Horrible Service from the gateway branch in umchlanga.

Bought a dinning room suite a month ago and asked them to deliver 1st week of December. every time i followed up, i was told that the order was on track. on the week of delivery i called to find out what was going on and then ONLY then did they inform me that the order will be delivered the following week. Apparently the truck was on its way and will arrive from JHb on Tuesday. Today is Friday still no feedback, I called yesterday and was informed that the truck is still on its way from JHB.

I didn't know it takes 1 week to travel from JHB to Durban......your truck probably doesn't even exist.

They take the money very quickly and then avoid you when its time to deliver.... Is this how business is conducted?
