My experience with Essops Home was not the best because they took longer than advised to deliver my dinning chairs and when they delivered it on the 30th some of the chairs were damaged

My experience with Essops Home was not the best because they took longer than advised to deliver my dinning chairs and when they delivered it on the 30th some of the chairs were damaged. However, when the replacement chairs was delivered on the 31st the service by the delivery guys were awesome especially Richard. He accommodated me with delivery, he was on time with delivery and was patient with setup. He was friendly and polite. Please ensure management is made aware of the good service by Richard and his partner.
