Most certainly the most disturbing service and quality

I am writing another review as Essops has removed the previous review. It’s evident they have something to hide and don’t want people to know about their terrible service and quality they selling at premium prices. I am utterly disgusted! The sales person sold me the recliner set saying it has limited lifetime warranty on the structure and mechanism. And 2 years on the rest. Now they saying it is only 1 year! I would have never bought from them had I know this is what they will do. The stitches are opening and the guy that came out before said the stitching was not sealed and everywhere it’s opening. The single couch is flopping to one side and that is the couch we hardly use. The 2 seater is separating and I am told this is good quality and workmanship. Now Essops want to charge me to fix this poor workmanship and quality. I have been struggling with them for months now. Still no resolution!
