Lorena Plasma unit

I had purchased a Lorena plasma stand from east Rand value mall. I have felt with Zee the sales lady. I was told that there was stock and that I can make payment on a Staurday and that I will get delivery on Monday. When I got to the store to make payment, Mario, the store manager said that there is no stock but I can still make payment and they will try to get stock during the week. I said no and that I'll make payment when the unit is in stock so anyway long story short. The stock did arrive and payment was made. <br> I took delivery of the stock on the 30th of October. On the 20th of November I had bought a TV and for the first time placed my TV on the Lorena plasma unit (purchased at Essops) and it broke. I immediately notified Mario the same day. He said he will give me a call on the Friday. I waited and received no call. I then went in to the store on Saturday, he apologized for not calling. He said he is dealing with head office and that they still trying to find out how is it possible for the unit to break. He said he will call me on the day ( which was Saturday the 21). He never called. He phoned me on Sunday to tell me delivery will take place on 23 still has not happened??
