Leather couches and arms chairs (cheap materials)

I purchased leather couches and 2 arm chairs cash a less than a year ago within less than a month from receiving this leather couches I reported the headrest broke and needed repairs which was fixed you sent out your repairs guys to fix it sadly the headrest are still faulty and am now really disappointed and frustrated with this couches I spend so much money on and it's now tearing .Am really not happy .

The 2 arm chairs I spend 2500 each and the *****s are coming loose I have to ***** it back every now and than...

I spend more time fixing than enjoying this chairs

Am really disappointed in the quality of this products.
