LAYBUY - Pathetic dishonest and misleading
Do not buy from Essops. Bought a rug in September 2020 online on LAYBUY. When it came time for them to deliver the item bought, they had no record of any of my payments, I couldn't track the order online from their site. Now the customer service agent advises me that all laybuy purchases do not guarantee the customer to receive the item purchased, it only secures the price. WHAT NONSENSE!!! This information was never mentioned anywhere.
