incompetence, no professionalism, ******

After a number of errors in my order resulting in greater costs for me I elected to cancel my order. I was promised a refund of my paid amount of R14,300 within a matter of days. Almost a month later, with no communication from them besides my calls and promises to get back to me I am still waiting for my refund. I keep being told of sick employees whenever I literally beg (!) to get my money back and break ties with this business.
