I want my money back

I brought Sutton coffee table black ouak , it was R5000 and we paid R 4000 . When we came back to pay the outstanding amount we were told to wait cause someone from the shop already sold it and they will refund us . Essops home Brakpan informed me that my refund would be processed between 7 to 10 in an working days . I supp**** my banking details and the ID copy and I was told it would be sent to the refunds department. Since then no one willing to assist me I called severe time and spoke to Ridwian and he promised to call me back after 10m until today I am still waiting . I m losing faith that I will get back my money ,I just want my money back (R4000). I want this processed immediately and confirmation once done.
