I bought a TV stand last week Saturday and I was told the stand will be delivered within 3-5 days and up to now the stand is not delivered, I was ordered to pay R350, 00 for the stand to be collected from their warehouse in krugersdorp

I bought a TV stand last week Saturday and I was told the stand will be delivered within 3-5 days and up to now the stand is not delivered, I was ordered to pay R350, 00 for the stand to be collected from their warehouse in krugersdorp. Now I am told that the shop needs to get more orders so that the delivery truck can make one load, as a paying customer I don't get it why do they want to make it my problem that they don't have enough orders, I fail to understand as I paid R350 already for the stand to be collected from warehouse why do I have to wait for the shop to get more orders this is so unfair really, can I get my refund so that I can buy where my stand will be delivered soon as my TV is at the moment on the floor whereas I paid the amount in full plus delivery
