Horrible customer service, (-5) star rating

I am having the worst experience with Essops Home Galleria Mall. I made a Layby in July 2021 on a 3-pce lounge suit and had it settled in December 2021. To this day my item has not been delivered nor have I received any communication whatsoever from the store to update me on the delivery. After waiting for over 20 working days for a delivery with no updates, I called to enquire. I was told that the item is out of stock. I fail to understand how can an item put on Layby be out of stock. I'm very displeased with their service. They do not even deserve a one star rating.
