Having visited over 9 different furniture shops, I came to Essops
Having visited over 9 different furniture shops, I came to Essops. It was not just the quality of what was on display but the exceptional attitude of the person ( *Marvin* ) at the shop that made me to buy. *Marvin* at Essops (Centurion Lifestyle Center) was patient, had very good knowledge of furniture, excellent mastery of his stock and took my specific furniture requirements into consideration (color, texture, leather type, etc) before recommending anything. He listens and also provides helpful tips on how to maintain my furniture, and kept in touch till everything was safely delivered to me. This is customer care at its best, and I thought I should give Essops a shout-out and to commend Marvin for his excellent customer service. Please keep it up.
