Good after-sales service

I ordered a couch from Essop's which was delivered on time. However a week later I noticed that I may have inadvertently damaged the side of it. <br> <br> I spoke to Aadil, and he was curteous and arranged for his supplier to come look at it. They said they would pick up the couch for repair. When they got there, they saw that they could repair it immediately, and with 20minutes, the work was done.<br> <br> Great work guys!
