This stores service is beyond terrible, 1.they have no trained staff, 2.took over R100k for furniture, made a mistake with the invoice calculation 3.never had the king bedside to deliver, 4.promised delivery and did not, on the day, then **** that the installer is not at work, when he was. 5. then delivered the incorrect size bed, 6. the sales person says he cannot help 7. manager says she is new and does not know much 8. Now must wait for the manufacturer to make the bed for 10 days when we were told its imported 9.no one calls back 10. dont want to give my refund
