First bad workmanship and second non-delivery

First lounge suite I ordered was badly made. After lots of arguing back and forth I agreed to leave as is and ordered an additional single chair to be made for a discounted price of R1000. Now 3 months later it still has not arrived. Now they try tell me they were going to make the single chair from the middle section of the one I already have, which had never been mentioned or agreed. I have now cancelled the additional order and bought furniture elsewhere. Will never fo back. Wouldn't buy anything there unless it was off the floor and I could inspect it.
