Feeling ****** by Essops Home

I bought a couch last year December Essops Centurion after 3 months the Legs are broken and the middle part is bending down. Essops came and took the cough, realizing the problem of the cough, the legs appeared **** to me and the *****s used are very small, and they come out easily. I feel they are playing games with me and the Lady called AYANDA don't want to give my money back or let me choose another Couch they want to charge me usage fee R1400 while couch still under guarantee.
