**** Furniture at Essops furniture

I bought a lounge suit and a coffee table at Essops Sandton last year April, when buying I told the lady that i don't want floor couch and they still went ahead and deliver the floor couch, because i stay close to the shop, after i receive my delivery i went to the store and i found that the couch no longer on the floor, and i confronted the store manager, and the lady was rude, and saying is the couch damage, and i said the point here is we both agreed that i don't want the floor couch. Now after 1year the coffee table broke, when i went to the store again, i was told coffee table don't have guarantee, and they did not tell me that when i was buying. Clearly this India lady is selling **** furniture in her store, she is just using Essops name
