Extremely poor service

I bought a dining room suite from these guys at the Rand Show over the Easter period 2015 (yes that is how long this has been going on!). I paid in full on the day (deposit via their hand held machine and the balance by EFT). I was promised by Mohammed that delivery will take place 4 weeks later. After 5 weeks I started following up, Adila at their HO had a lot of excuses as to why they had not delivered. After I had thrown my toys out of the cot, the set was delivered. ALAS it was the wrong color and fabric chairs!! We have spoken to Mohammed, Adila and even sent an email to try and get them to correct this... We get nothing. Essops does not seem to be interested in assisting us. They have made the sale and could care less that we are unhappy because the have given us incorrect goods. I am highly disappointed by their service and disturbing/ deliberate silence!!!
