Essops worst customer service and poor quality furniture

Worst customer experience! Purchased barstools upon arrival they were scratched I was told you keep them as they were a “bad batch” and when the next shipment arrives they will do a swap out. The next shipment never arrived and almost a year later I’m still being referred to one person to the next! Please if you looking for good quality furniture and any kind of after sales service please do not consider Essops!!
