Essops Unrelieble and ****mers

Bought pedestails from Essops Randburg for R11 000 on the 1st of July and till now I have not recieved my order or slip as Per Mohamed there were going to delivery the next next Thursday of which on the 3rd thier came to my house to delivery with something I never bought and I returned it called the shop same time since last week Tuesday no one has called me to apologise or to inform me when will thier delivery yet I have been calling them everyday and promised that someone will call me back if Essops does not want to sell me the pedestails rather thier return my money
