Essops stop running a space shop ..

Biggest ******** they even teacher their sales people to lie just to win a sale.

We bought a lounge suit 4 weeks ago at Essops in Stone ridge , until today we are still following the sales lady around .she has also decided to keep quiet and ignore our calls... the level of professionalism is very poor..We have to follow her behind call her everyday text her on What'sApp still she will answer when she feels like after she had promised that the is stock... WOW! Essops very disappoint. Also noticed that they don't respond or read through their bad customer service comments cause they know they are running a space shop..
