Essops Stoneridge

Hi All, My experience with Essop's Stoneridge has been a nightmare . They do not communicate with the customer at all, you need to keep calling them and if you do, you do not get any response or an answer. When they eventually delivered my furniture it was incorrect. One of the chairs was a different color . They also did not do the master guard that I was charged for. I have contacted the Branch Manager and he is on leave . I am not impressed with the service at all .
