Essops Sandton sells damaged furniture returned by initial customers

I’ve experienced horrible service at Essops Sandton in Marlboro , the store sold me a lounge set that was in use and repaired before. After delivery one of the couches broke within two days, when i reported to them they said they are not liable. They do not care about after sales customer service, after you buy from them they are done with you. They refuse to assist in any way.
