Essops poor service delivery and customer satisfaction

Bought a lounge suite on lay-by finished paying of last month waited for the lounge suite we called they told us the colour of the lounge suite we wanted is out of stock they will deliver a different colour so we waited for the couches . When you call them they tell you different stories if its not gonna be delivered on monday its tuesday if its not tuesday its wednesday and 7-10 days has passed ! They do not care about customer satisfaction and i dont think they realize that they are violating our rights! Even today we are still waiting for the lounge actually its totally disrespectful . Just because they already have the money they take advantage !!! Even tje head office always tries to cover up and give empty promises,!!!!!

I don't recommend anyone to buy from th at store in future !!!
