Essops online - Horrible. Don’t waste your time buying from them

What ever you do don’t buy from Essops online . You will be ignored and won’t be acknowledged

Till this day I am still waiting for my order that I made 3 weeks ago They don’t even contact you to tell you that they are having delays When you ask for a refund they will ignore you

I am so disappointed to be experiencing this , at this point I just want my money

I buy online all the time but have never experienced such bad service. They are not even compassionate, they will rush you off the phone without giving you answers
