Essops Marlboro - Pathetic customer service
There is a black lady (I am using her skin colour) because I don’t know her name.
She would rather be just on her phone and listen to voice notes the whole time than help customers - 06 July 2024
She needs to go for training.
The two gentlemen give great service.
