Essops krameville-What a disappointment

It’s with sadness and disappointment that I ever considered making any purchase at Essops Krammeville,what a terrible pathetic experience I had, I purchased a dining table with chairs for 46k I got my table delivery after 5 weeks of calling and pestering the staff and today I’m still waiting for the chairs to be delivered I’ve been pushed from pillar to post I never ever received an invoice I was never given a timeframe,they clearly have never worked with the supplier from my observation-as I continuously asked when the stock will be delivered I’m so disappointed in myself for having ever going to the store I’ve purchased from Essops,house and haven I’ve never had to experience the drama of getting delivery in pieces or calling the shop for stock I’m still waiting I had to call this morning again what a miserable experience-please help yourself and don’t just make a purchase there unless you’re willing to wait for months for the furniture to arrive!!
