Essops is a nightmare

I bought bar stools at essops Montana. They did not have stock apparently when it was time to deliver the goods. I made a follow up with them to no avail. I then requested my refund. It's more than 12 days I have not received my money and I can't reach head office or the Montana branch at all via telephone their numbers are not working.
