Essops home terrible service

Essops home have terrible customer service. They sell you stock which they do not have and when it's time for a refund they had being processes and management. I am waiting since the 26th of December for a refund

They conveniently lose you banking details. They conveniently lose your ID copy. Their staff duck and dad. They promise to give updates and never call back

Absolute ******* service from such a big organisation.
