ESSOPS HOME POOR SERVICE

Hello my Name is Beng On May 2022 I when to clearwater Essops to buy Mosco couches for R22000 cash. As in was advertised on their catalogue and add was specific to say it is 100% lather and the guaranty is one year unfortunately in November 2022 after 6months the team stated to pills off. I had to return them back to the store as I was unhappy with that. I had to call the head off (Charm Door) as I was advised by the store manager so that the process can be quicker. After sending few emails and making call I was not getting any joy from them no communication at all, after one harsh call the driver was sent to collect the couches without any communication and I wasn't happy with that. I only got a response via email after 8 days saying they will attend to my query. They did not communicate what or how they will be fixing the couches after receiving them, I went to check them and only found that they only re-sprayed them and I know they will not last till next summer because they are supposed to be genuine leather and a re-spray will not last on leather couches. So, I suggested that they give me different couches that are equivalent to the price my couches are worth because I am not happy with what I received and they are telling me that they can't, but they will extend my Guarantee to 6 months which is not what I want because an extended guarantee does not fix my couches or give me what I want, because of their "policies". I am so disappointed in them, after spending my hard-earned money on their business. POOR SERVICE!!!!!
