Essops Home Montana - Quick, friendly and efficient

I went to the Essops Montana branch on Wednesday, 11 Sep 2024 looking for an occasional armchair I could use to complete my little reading nook. I was assisted by Dee, who managed to answer all my questions on the particular item I was interested in. Once I purchased the chair, Dee informed me again that it would take up to 5 days. During my interaction with her, she quickly picked up that I was one of those shoppers that want something then and there and I also mentioned it during our small chat. Unknowingly to me, Dee had arranged for the chair to be delivered as soon as possible... And low and behold on Thursday 12 Sep 2024, I received a call from Dee to let me know my chair is available for collection! Quickest "5days ever". Dee is a superstar for managing to get my item to the store alot quicker than expected which means I can snuggle up with a good book alot sooner. With the service I received, I would definately refer the Montana branch to family and friends looking for high quality furniture (and informing them to ask for Dee) ... And I myself know where I'll be going when the next "renovation/design update" bug bites.
