Essops Home is a nightmare!

I am so frustrated with the service I have been receiving at Essops Home I actually want to give them zero star. Whenever there is an issue with them, the only way to get them to respond and attend to the issue is by writing a review on Hellopeter. Essops is owing me a refund but they have been giving me one excuse after another. I wish there was a way to attach proof here so I can just attach the conversations. When I first had an issue, they did not even respond until I came here to write a review (which was 25 days later), then they emailed to say my refund has been processed and will reflect in 7-10 days. 10 days went by, I followed up and they said the refund had not been processed and will be processed on Friday, as they only process refunds on Fridays. Friday came, I requested a POP and I was told the refund will be processed next Friday, with a lousy reason. Now we are on the 3rd Friday and again I am referred to next Friday. The coming Friday is Good Friday, which is a public holiday, and I am guessing it's not going to happen. Their service is so exhausting
