Essops home chamdor

My name is nombongo nanise,i bought a coffe table in june at essops home in krugersdorp chamdor,it turned out it was too big for my living room so i returned it and ordered another one,boston mocha glossy white,ive been waiting for my table to be delivered ,its been one story after de ada,de is a sales consultant lady called kim who called me and said she will deal with my case directly since i also have to recieve a refund because the table i bought b4 costs more than de boston mocha,now she is not taking my calls,i was told de table has been delivered at the warehouse but i dnt know why its not being delivered at my place,i hv been calling since sat with fail,i will never recommend anyone to buy anything from that essops warehouse never,abd if i hv to take legal action i will
