I have ordered a Rossi Bedroom suite on the 12 April. I paid R72000 in cash. I was promised delivery in 3 weeks. Delivery was made in 4 weeks. The dressing table was a mistake with the colour that was ordered. I have been promised delivery of the proper dresser by Siphiwe , Hamilton and others….today is the 15 May and I am now told to wait another week for my dressing table. This is the most disgusting service from a high end store like essops. They do not communicate with you and you have to constantly chase behind their pathetic service. How do you mess up an order of R72000? I am most disgusted by this pathetic service! It has been 5 weeks now and my order is still not sorted. And no manager has called me either despite me making several calls. This is just unaccepable and disgusting service from Essops Home!
