Worse customer service by Hillfox Essops, lodged a complaint on the 24th August till today not sorted. I bought a coffee table and is damaged, gave them photos of the coffee table, but they keep giving me a run around. Now I want my refund cos it seems like they can't help me. Now they are saying they have been busy with the relocation and I am sitting with a coffee table which I can't use.
