Horrible management!!! They get their staff to do all the dirty work. Bought furniture for over 60k. Firstly the guys that assembled our bedroom suite damaged the headboard when assemlimg the *****s. They took about 3 weeks to come and rectify this. The drivers put a brick at our gate and blew the motor when we tried closing the gate. They had the nerve to get these poor guys, which it was a mistake to beg and plead to phone my husband, pull race cards and say how poor they are. Disgusting!!! They are a hugh end furniture company but dont give a damn about their staff or customers. Now our dining room table has the exact same issue. They did not respond to my e mails untill i have to call, threaten and get ugly
