ESSOPS FURNITURE WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT

My rating should be 0. Buying furniture from them has been my biggest regret ever. I spent 38k on them for a couch and a dining room set. i suppose that means nothing to them. They have NO Customer service s****s whatsoever. From their Xavier branch to their head office they simply do not know the words customer service and following up with their customers. They simply DO NOT GIVE 2 hoots about their customers. Im actually starting to think that this is personal. I bought furniture from them in September 2019. Paid them all their money immediately, no installments. I was inbetween moving houses and they promised to keep my furniture safe until i was ready to move to my new home. I phoned them in Dec. It was on a Thursday a week before they closed and i asked them to deliver on Monday. I sent the address and comes Monday i phoned to confirm delivery and noone knew about my delivery. The guy i was dealing with had moved to their Sandton branch. I had to pay double the delivery fee for an express delivery if i wanted my furniture that day which i did and im still mad about. Wait for this!!! Then im told my dining table would not be a part of the delivery as it broke. They had ordered it and i would get it between the first or second week of January. Well guess what i call their head office, their branch almost everyday 3 to 5 times and noone bothers to call back after promising to call me back. NOONE calls back to give me an update. I waste my money everyday wanting to know whats happening. Im sick and tired of this run around. I have all these chIrs lined up and no table. Its crazy! To top it all the table is now there but its a smaller size than the one i ordered meaning i need to compromise after all the drama. This whole transaction has been a nightmare and im done with them. Im DONE. Im not an unreasonable customer please believe that but they have managed to grate my liver to a no point of return. This is my money can i please matter. The owners at ESSOP dont even know that they're staff is running their company down. And when i ask to speak to the owners/MD/ CEO noone wants to tell me who they are. I am done with them. Super done.
