Essops furniture store is ripping customers off!!!

Essops is ripping customers off!!!!! I bought couches from them 2years back and the leather started pealing off after a year or so but now it’s so bad that its even an embarrassment when I have visitors!! I called them today and spoke to Aisha whom I even sent proof of payment for the goods, she later sends me a mail stating they don’t have any guarantee on the leathers??? Imagine spending R40 000 on couches and only use them for 2 years then the store has the audacity of telling you “sorry we don’t have guarantee on our couches “”!!! I am utterly disgusted!!! After being a loyal customer to them for so many years!!!this store is ripping customers off!!
