Essops Furniture - lies and no delivery in almost 2 months after purchase

Essops customer service is absolutely atrocious. We purchased furniture in October from their Edenvale branch assured our purchase would arrive in 2 weeks. Today (17 Dec) we still sit waiting - no correspondence or answers to messages or phone calls - just lies. We are utterly disappointed with Essops as store, the level of service and the way our issue has been ignored by the branch and head office ( unable to even be put through to the branch by your call centre) is just disgusting.
