Essops Furniture home

I bought an office desk online at Essops they said it will take 7 to 9 days to deliver. Before i bought i checked if they have stock and they confirmed. After 7 to 9 days i call them asking how far is my delivery they told me that they don't have stock anymore. The Lady i spoke to Kim was not so helpful. I asked for my refund and now i am told of 7 to 10 days again. This is an inconvenience. I checked the stock first why must i be told there's no stock. Why would my refund take that long i am unhappy about this.
