I have purchased a lounge suit 2 weeks before Christmas 2021 i was told that they will try they best to get me this by Christmas 2021 if all failing which it has then in January 2022 i will definitely get this lounge suit. The whole of January 2022 has gone by the guy Riza calls me to tell me that only in March 2022 will i received this.

This is NOT acceptable as i want my refund and this to be processed Urgently as they just wasted my time and **** continually.
